I’m back or I’m starting

So… few years ago I posted, moved in the middle of Reno’s …then nothing

Well recently I decided that I’d be committed to doing this. I’ve struggled inside with what should I put and what shouldn’t I? What can be viewed as inappropriate? What may not be PC? And mostly what is being too vulnerable?!

I think the answer is maybe all 

so… Here goes everything 

As I said this is going to be about a lot of different things    So my first post of 2020 is going to be about one of my biggest passions. FOOD  As a working mom sometimes it’s hard to get food on the table and healthy.  And I hate left overs.

PULLED PORK  I love pulled pork on buns, in tacos, on a salad or on a pizza.

So here is something you can do. A time saver. I buy the large packages of the small pork tenderloins at Costco.  Depending on your needs and crock pot size buy one or two packages. Season with salt, pepper and garlic powder. Then place in crock pot. I then add 2 cans of either Coke or RootBeer. Cook on low about 6 to 8 hours. Or while you are at work.    When you get home or they are done shred with a fork.  Then portion. Here’s the key.…  to some add BBQ SAUCE   Great for on buns or pizza. Add a hot sauce for pizza or salad. Add some garlic powder, onion powder, dried oregano, paprika, ground cumin, red pepper flakes, cilantro and lime juice  great for tacos and salads!

Now you can choose what you want for dinner that day and freeze the rest and you have meat prep for lunches or dinner!
